My A/C was not cooling. I had purchased a new condenser unit from Accu-Temp almost 5 years ago. Service & install was great then and it was on this visit as well. Tech (Pete Horton) checked my unit, and there was a short outside at the condenser. Fixed in just a few minutes. I opted for the $155 yearly service agreement (they'll come out in the fall and check the heating furnace) and all was well. Pete cleaned the condenser as it had some mud splashed into it. Replaced my filter as made sure the drain line was clear. He was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. Great experience overall. Accutemp responded very quickly to my call. No complaints and will use again!

I had an problem with my AC unit that was installed by AccuTemp and had to place a service call. The person I spoke to in the office was very responsive. Mike C. was the technician that came to my house. He call first, arrived when he said he would and went right to work to resolve the issue. He kept me aware of what he was doing and made sure that I was confortable with the associated cost. He was able to fix the problem and get everything back working like it should. I cannot say enough about the service and the way he provided it. Excellent A++++. Great job by Mike C. and Accutemp. Hope everyone there has a SUPER Day and may God bless each of you.

Have had annual 2 times a year contractual agreement with AccuTemp for several years to service three home units. Pete Horton,the service technician's counsel and action regarding the most economical solution to postpone pending problems on 2 aging air conditioning units is greatly appreciated.

In December I had a new heat pump system installed in my business and it has run great except for today. It kicked off my breaker and I called Accutemp who did the installation. They sent out a technician within 2 hours and He checked the system and found no issues except a dirty filter. I told the tech how I had been using the thermostat and found that I not only had improperly been using the thermostat but was running up my power bill by doing so. Pete the technician was very professional and replaced the filter, gave me instructions on how to set up my thermostat for a heat pump and replaced the dirty filter for free. Best service I have had in a long time. Thanks Accutemp Inc.
