On October 18, 2011 we had AccuTemp install a new quality furnace in our home.
The two installers, Bryan Allgood and Jeremy Nolan, arrived precisely on time. They worked efficiently, keeping us informed of some of the steps they made along the way, which showed us how thoroughly they were intent on doing a good job. When the installation was completed, they tested the system to verify that it was running all right. They then cleaned up real good before leaving.
Prior to this installation, Scott Gallops from AccuTemp had spent some time with us on October 17tb while we were considering the purchase of a new furnace. He explained to us the situation regarding the condition of the old furnace (which had been purchased from another firm before we started to use AccuTemp as our source for HV AC services) and how it could be a waste of good money to replace any costly parts if it was likely that another part or parts could soon fail. He was sympathetic to our feelings and called an AccuTemp official while we were talking to him. We were assured that we would be offered the best deal possible if we decided to purchase a new furnace. We appreciated that. After some consideration we decided it was best for us to have a new furnace installed. The official, Mike Ritchey, came to our home that afternoon and we quickly came to an agreement.
The whole experience was pleasant.
We can certainly recommend the workmanship and the effort by the AccuTemp work crew to do a very satisfactory job.

Keith performed our bi-annual service yesterday. He was punctual, friendly, and very efficient in the performance of his job. His work was above and beyond what I would have expected from such a visit. I will continue to use AccuTemp as long as the continue to provide the level of customer service at such a high level.

Dustin Forrester did the service maintenance on our 2 units today and conducted himself in a friendly & professional manner. He answered all our questions and explained everything fully. We are extremely satisfied with the service we have received from the AccuTemp sales, service & office staff.

I had soot coming from my vents so I call accutemp and they came out, the guys that did the cleaning were just EXCELLENT. They told me what was wrong before they even got started,they explained things to me and summed it up to the T. I recommened AccuTemp to all my facebook friends. I think these guys need a raise. Robert, Jeremy and Bobby. Bobby was the inspector who cme out to inspect my furnace and he was just straight to the poing.

We have had a service contract with Accutemp for 11 years with reliable service, prompt response to phone calls, and knowledgeable technicians. Pete Horton responded to our call for help this month. Our a/c system needed to be replaced and Pete discussed our options in detail. Pete left at 8 p.m. Thursday evening and Friday afternoon at 2 p.m. the company was installing a new system. Steven and his helper were also professional and knowledgeable. Joanne and Cheryl are very helpful during phone calls.

I want to thank everyone at Accutemp but mostly Jnr, Mike and Gyver for a great job! Our A/C stopped working around 8pm monday night and first thing in the morning a Tech was sent out to check it outwe really new what had happened, after 24 years it had quit! Thanks to the team above mentioned by 7pm tuesday evening we had a new furnace and compressor installed and working great. Thank you Accutemp for a great professional, polite and hardworking team.

I came home from work on August 17th to a hot house. Panic! After calling two other companies to no avail (listed in the yellow pages as 24 hour emergency service) I called your company. I was greeted on the phone by a very pleasant voice who assured me that someone would call back soon. In no time, Dustin Forrester called me back. He drove from Woodstock to Lawrenceville in no time, fixed my air conditioner and I am one happy customer. I was so happy with the customer service that I signed up for the Planned Maintenance Program. I do not come across people like Dustin very often. He loves his job and it shows.

Thank you very much for the fast same day service. We called back Shumate three times and went from a morning call to a "sometime today" call to a "I don't think I can make it" call. You folks showed up same day! Our Tech was Bobby and he was efficient and set my wife at ease with a swift repair of our A/C unit. Again, Thank You Very Much!
